He is a compassionate, resilient and result-driven professional having more than 20 years of experience in domestic & international financial derivatives, fund management, modern agriculture & retail food management and real estate development & management. Besides being Partner at Law Concord he is also heading as the Group CEO at Enrichers Investment Group which one of the leading investment group of Pakistan.

Along with his academic qualifications, he is a Certified Director under the Code of Corporate Governance 2012 of SECP & ICMA, Certified from Institute of Financial Markets of Pakistan (IFMP-SECP) for Fundamentals of Capital Market Certification (FCM), Pakistan Markets Regulations (PMR) and also remained an active member of National Risk Assessment (NRA) & Anti Money Laundering (AML), World Bank Securities Sub-Group established for Financial Action Task Force (FATF) compliance by International Monetary Fund (IMF).

Having strategic approach on international future markets, corporate laws, Anti Money Laundering/FATF compliance and prudential regulations he was able to lead his business ventures with a client oriented and proficient yet professional approach. His contemplation on evidence based management for clients urged him reshape dynamics of this financial derivative and advisory industry by using data sciences and predictive analytics. Accredited for being result driven, he is an ardent believer that discipline and persistence is the key to success.

Mr. Ghayyur Hassan is the co-founder and Managing Partner of the LawConcord. He is an Advocate High Court, having diversified expertise in financial, corporate, banking, commercial and media laws.

He heads the corporate services of the Law Firm extending legal services to many of our satisfied customers which includes companies, firms and commercial enterprises.
